Starting pay for house cleaners, with a growth path up to $20/hr based on attendance, quality, and consistency.
Starting pay for lead-driver roles, with room to grow up to $24/hr as you take on route and team responsibility.
Tips stay with the cleaning team. If you use your own car for work travel, mileage stipend support is available.
We teach the checklist, standards, and workflow. Performance raises are tied to quality, communication, and reliability.
Most jobs run Monday through Friday during the day, with many starts in the morning. If you need weekends or specific days, apply anyway and tell us your availability.
